TIGIT靶点

TIGIT(Gene ID:201633)是脊髓灰质炎病毒受体（PVR）家族的一种抑制性受体，也被称为WUCAM，VSTM3，VSIG，是Ig超家族的一种受体。TIGIT在自然杀伤（NK）细胞和T细胞上表达，具有免疫球蛋白样结构域、跨膜区和免疫受体蛋白酪氨酸抑制基序(ITIM)。TIGIT 通过竞争性结合树突细胞 (DC) 上的 CD155 来改变 IL-12 和 IL-10 的分泌，并且还可以直接抑制 T 细胞和自然杀伤细胞的功能。由于TIGIT能够抑制NK细胞和T细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用，在限制肿瘤的适应性免疫和固有免疫方面起着关键作用，因此它成为一种新兴的重要的免疫检查点。
